Will it affect the vaccine effects ?? What to do ? Can arv booster ID 0 and 3 complete dose given to in same arm ? I mean both complete dose in right arm ? Not shifted to left hand. Please do not worry, it will not affect the ARV effect. Both the vaccines should not be taken on the same arm in same sitting. There was a gap of 5 days so that is fine.

There is no problem and no loss of effectiveness in your situation. You can be reassured. Taking a tetanus toxoid (TT) injection in one arm and then receiving anti-rabies vaccine (ARV) intradermal boosters in the same arm after a gap of 5 days does not reduce the effectiveness of either vaccine. The recommendation to use different arms is mainly to reduce local pain, swelling, and confusion about injection-site reactions, not because the vaccines interfere with each other immunologically. TT and ARV act through different immune pathways, and giving them in the same limb does not cancel or weaken immunity. Regarding ARV intradermal boosters, it is perfectly acceptable to give both Day 0 and Day 3 doses in the same arm if needed. Intradermal rabies vaccination works by stimulating local immune cells in the skin, and the immune response is systemic, not limited to one arm. Therefore, administering both booster doses in the right arm (or the same arm) is still fully effective and does not require repeating or shifting doses. In summary, there is no error, no reduced protection, and no corrective action needed. Your TT and ARV boosters will work as intended, and you are adequately protected.

If tetanus toxoid (TT) and anti-rabies vaccine (ARV) were given in the same arm, with a gap of 5 days, there is no major problem regarding the efficacy or safety of the vaccines. Generally it’s not recommended to administer on the same site simultaneously is to prevent local reactions from overlapping and to ensure proper immune response development. A 5-day gap between injections is a sufficient interval to prevent any immediate local interference or reaction interaction. The vaccines are treated by the body as separate events in this timeframe. It’s recommended to give each dose on both the arms but if given on same arm it’s still considered effective
Next Steps
Please ensure your vaccination is administered by qualified professionals to avoid such issues

No issue. Taking TT and ARV in the same arm does not reduce effectiveness. There is no interaction between the two vaccines. Your ARV ID booster (day 0 and 3) will still work even if both doses were taken in the same arm. Protection is not affected. No further action needed unless you develop severe pain, swelling, or allergy.
Next Steps
Continue the remaining ARV doses as scheduled (if any). No need to repeat any dose.
Health Tips
Mild local pain or swelling is normal. Apply cold compress if needed.
