Hi Today accidentally onr insects I don't know which type of insects stuck on my thort while I was drinking tea After that I started coughing as something stuck in my thort so felt uncomfortable I couldn't understand it's get of or not Is this serious?? I am so nervous What I should do

I have not been taking any elopathic medicine, except for diabetes after one year of my by-pass heart surgery. Lately from last few months my blood pressure readings are showing 160/90 which is a cause for concern.
