My mother was having fever so we did some test and the test result read Dengue fever ns1 - 13. Typhidot/salmonella typhi IgM is positive. What does this mean? Is she having typhoid and dengue simultaneously? How bad is Dengue fever ns1 - 13?

Hi, typhoid Widal test is not a specific test. Dengue could be positive and that is why typhoid is positive falsely.
