Dengue with fever and platelets fall
She undergone with dengue fever on 13th Sep 2017 with high fever and platelets drop to 50 k. Now she got discharged on 18th Sep 2017. Now she don't have any fever but her platelets count at present is around 90k,. Now as per today ie20th Sep , she is having lots of water and juices and milk and one eggs. Even tho she is having severe weakness that she can't talk much too. She take plenty of sleep too. Dr is not adviced to take papaya leaf juice as he says the medicine which take has that ingredient. Pls let me know what diet she should follow from today so that her weakness goes off and are platelets get increased. Now from today her right side part body is feeling like it's getting pulled. Exactly how much days more rest is required as she is eager to resume back to job Pls advice it will b great help

Weakness after dengue fever is common,good thing is that her platelet count has improved.tell her to take good food and there is no restriction for the food intake.better start off with tab.fourts b twice a day for a week
