Advice on Vitamin D test results
For the past few months I have been working late at nights , had bad sleep cycle and had a very bad diet , I started getting anxious , stressed through out but I didn't care much. but i started seeing my hair getting thinner day by day and went to dermat she suggested to get my blood work done ..everything is okayish except my Vitamin D results below are my results D2 - 1.44 ng/l D3 - 22.5 ng/l Total D = 22.5 ng/l Can someone suggest how to get it back to normal
