Your headache could be due to eye strain with long time exposure to computer mobile,BP, dehydration, disturbing sleep patterns, vascular headache
BP reading recorded once is not enough.
You can take morning and evening readings taken with upper arm digital bp apparatus, for 3 days
If the readings are above 135/85 with home digital bp apparatus, consider that you have raised BP
Next Steps
monitor your BP
reduce salt intake
Stop smoking, limit alcohol intake
use fresh fruits and vegetables
consume lots of water
exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week
