Fever with headache and the season with ongoing viral may indicate viral upper respiratory infection. (Sinus headache). Weakness due to dehydration by fever.
Diagnosis:- viral uri , with dehydration.
For more accurate diagnosis(viral /bact, low ,high fever, any other febrile disease etc ) and perfect treatment plan,i may need elaborate details .

Rx:-
cap easy breath steam 3 times a day by putting in half ltr hot water and take steam for headache.
tab flucold/cheston cold two times(with or without meals)
tab pcm 500:- half bd( to complete pcm adult dose with cheston cold)
tab vit c 500/limcee - 3 times
ors sachet frequently untill weakness is fine.
