My vitamin b12 is 99 i tested today so I worried, will test for homocysteine level soon!

Hi in my CBC test my PCV came at 38.7 basophiles came at 0.01, Mean platelet volume came at 8.6, P LCR came at 17.2. kindly suggest is it worrisome or not a major problem ?
