Your husband's lab results show increase in total cholesterol is about 250 mg , triglycerides 387 mg Borderline LDL at 136 mg . His TSH level is normal ,he has low vitamin B12 ,and his HBA1C 3 months average sugar level is on the pre diabetic side.Liver function tests are alright don't get concerned about slight elevated AST. His weight at 90 kg 27 yrs. Indicates he is overweight though his height is not mentioned. He needs to go for lifestyle modification and diet modifications plus exercise daily for 30 minutes 5 days in a week.Use lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid refined carbs and fatty ,junk food. After a trial period of 2 months if he doesn't lose weight and lipid levels remain high ,he should start medications. However he could start omega 3 1000 mg once daily for high triglycerides.

These report are misleading. Please share the complete report. Overweight and obesity are 2 different issues. A person can be healthy but overweight due to heavy mass . But obesity is different. Check his BMI and discuss

Cholesterol ratio and Hba1c are on higher side. Just start exercising to control these things. And avoid oily , junk food it will be fine. 27 is not the age to start medication for these things …Just adapt to healthy lifestyle.
