My husband age 46 is suffering from fever ranging between 100 to 103 and weakness since 2 days without any other symptoms. Covid is negative. We are managing the fever with crocin. Is there anything else we need to do or can we wait for a day more?

My mother is 61 years of age. She is having fever for last 4 days mainly between 102 to 103. Only fever no other symptoms like sore throat, cough etc. Her ESR is 63, and she is diabetic. Malaria test negative, Typhoid negative . TLC : 12.5 Absolute NEUTROPHILS: 9.5 BP : 110/60 Medications: ceftum: 500mg, Azithromycin: and motear Kindly suggest further course of action

Consulted few ENT doctors and have issues with ear but said that issue will not cause  imbalance Having medicines for Bp and in control. No sugar complaint. Doctor i am previously vaccinted with 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies vaccination 4 Month's Ago and due to cat scratch i am taking 3 intradermal anti rabies vaccine Day 0 7 28 i took 2 Vaccines till now and Last Day 28 Vaccine is due but today on 4th September A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so Should i have to Re-start vaccination from Day 0 or i have to take extra dose of Anti Rabies Vaccine ?

My father aged 63 is saying at times he is feeling like fainting while he try to bend his neck and pick something down or when he bends his neck. What could be the cause for that and what type of diagnosis is needed to treat it.
