My urine smells sweet since two weeks. I have anxiety disorder and been on Nexito 5 and Gabapentin 100 mg since a year. I started with Gabapentin 300 mg and down to 100mg now. I took diabetic test last year. It came out normal. Attached the report here. Do i have to get diabetic test done again? Or what could be the reason for this sweet smell. I am bit worried. Kindly advise.

Myself uday Vanjari age 50. I did  health check up. Report shows that My cholesterol level is 229. Pl consult me what to do.

I got my TSH test Done and tsh level is 3.76 .  Earlier in month of april 2022 it was 2.06.I am taking  62.5 mcg thyronorm. Should  i continue same dosage?

I have constant lightheadedness or dizziness. It is more significant in the mornings and evenings. Sometimes have imbalance issues while standing.   At times feel heaviness in my forehead.    Earlier thought of some ear issues and consulted ENT doctors.   Also, I took MRI brain and carotid ultrasound tests, and all were normal.   I am under medication for BP, which is normal ( always ranges between 140-150/80-95). I am not diabetic.   NO headache or vomiting sensation too.   I have taken loads of Vertin and Stugeron tablets in the past three years, and nothing worked out.   Can someone please help me to get rid of this issue? It's impacting my day-to-day life.
