Sir , I am 31 year old and go for Lipid Profile test from redcliffe labs Report shows following: Total Cholesterol:             176.1 Triglycerides :                      248.5 HDL Cholesterol:.                36.7 Non HDL Cholesterol : 139.4 LDL Cholesterol  :.              89.7 VLDL Cholesterol:             49.7 Chol/ HDL Ratio :                 4.8 HDL/LDL Ratio. :                   0.41 LDL/HDL Ratio  :                   2.44 Report is also attached. Should I worried Sir ?? Thanku

Your triglycerides are slightly High.....you should exercise daily...life style modifications can cure this......Monitor your blood pressure and do other blood tests like LFT

Your lipid profile results are normal , except for the slightly raised triglycerides. Lifestyle changes are vital to manage raised triglycerides. You may need to reduce your intake of sugar, refined carbs and alcohol. Exercising regularly can help. Repeat your lipid profile after 2 months along with liver function tests and thyroid function tests
