Iam having floating stools and weakness for sometime after having bowel movement What causes these symptoms

Getting cold and sneezing after exercising in morning only. Already having sinus but don't feel such symptoms after evening exercise. Kindly advise

Me and my husband found fever 100 degrees, today. We tested covid positive on 11th august. We took azithromycin for 3 days, paracetamol, ,, and multi vitamin, protein powder, vitamin c for 1 week. After that We were feeling normal just little coughing, so we stop taking multi-vitamins and vitamin c, sometimes take protein powder. Although today, we took paracetamol. But now I am worrying, Is it matter of concern, and how can we increase immunity. What all steps we need to take care of and how long? Also, we cannot take eggs for 1 week because of festival.
