How long to recover from vitamin D
I'm vitamin D deficient and had numbness in hand and feet. I started supplements last week (lumia 60k) .. now feeling better.. may I know how long will it take to recover completely from this numbness feeling

Depending on the level of deficiency or insufficiency you may have to continue with vitamin d 60000 iu weekly for 10 -15 weeks
