Hi ..I'm getting dizziness daily once or twice in a day..suddenly it gets and suddenly it vanished..occasionally gets leg pain with dizziness plz help me what was the problem

Hi I'm having fever since 2-3 weeks. Not regular, but once after 2-3 days. Got my blood test done and my doctor says I've typhoid. But it's showing negative in the report. Please check attached image and let me know what does it mean?

I did a trampoline exercise for 20 min for the first time . After that i started having muscle pain in my chest, backside, and thighs and also muscle pain in the left side of my upper stomach which is exactly below the heart area . Two weeks back I did routine ECG and troponin-I test suggested by cardiologist as part for routine checkup and both were normal.no abnormalities found related to heart . 6-7 months back my complete  body checkup including LFT , USG of abdomen and pelvis , 2d-echo of heart was also normal. I dont have any heart disease or history in family background nor I have  undergone any operation . Please suggest some medicine.i have taken nicip tablet but didn't find much relief so far.

Since the winter started i am having sweaty scrotum, not sweaty exactly but it feels sticky and it irritates me most of the time, i tried to apply regular powder but after some time sweat/stickyness takes over.
