My wife has fever from last 12 days. After taking dolo 650 mg her fever comes down but again upto 102.4 after 5 to six hours.  She is taking dolo 650 mg 4 times daily. Her CBC, LFT,  reports are normal.  Platelets are 1.80 lakhs. Her typhoid and malaria reports are negative. She has taken 5 days + 5 days antibiotics course also. Also she is not eating properly. She also has headache. What could be the reason for this fever and what to do now.

I have tested my FBS in 31-12-21 and it was 88 now its been 8 months finished should i checked now my non diabetic patient or what is the minimum checking period for non diabetic patient for blood sugar test ?

Dear sir, Myself is sunil Chauhan 45 years old. I had the corona in first wave of Corona in 2020 and  After 3 and half months later I started more excercise like running whom I was feeling weekness whom my body tempratue stand b/w 97 to 98 F and after I consulted with a doctor he told me in case of weekness body need more oxygen whom sometimes your bp can increase little bit more than normal bp. At that time my bp was around 92-93(lower bp)and 125 to 130(higher bp)after I left the excercise for 2 days and after  I got back to my bp normal. I don't have the bp problem. Sometimes I check my bp then it stands b/w 70 to 80 (lower bp) and 100 to 118(higher bp). I never miss my running. I do the running around 7-8 km everyday. Sir I want to ask that why increase my bp at that time after Corona. Except that incident always my bp is normal. Sir can you suggest me that I have the BP problem or not suddenly today that incident clicked me after more than 1 year so i asked.running is my passion

Hie there! I am facing internal heat from my body since the past 2-3 days. Post taking a shower i faced this massive heat coming out internally which lasted for a min. Also i have mild soar (khichkhich) throat along with that. What do i do?

Fever started mildly raised above 100 per day manged through crocin..from fifth day fever reaching 104, not responded to crocin changed to combiflam still fever spikes after 4 hours..have to do sponging for 4 hrs before giving next dose..today is second day for high degree fever..we are following as per our doctor .but still worrying lot about high degree fever and his suffering..today doctor prescribed antibiotic..started that..please advice..how many more days fever will spike like this

Please see my ct scan report it reveals mesenteric lymphadenopathy and calcification in liver . Is it maglinant or harmless. Please tell me I am scare . Report attached
