Is depression and anxiety ever cured fully? I'm on nexito 10mg since months now. Some parts of the day are good, in some I struggle. I'm tired of being dependent on medicines, Now I want to recover and work on myself. What can I do?

I have been on nexito for 8 months now, now on alternate dose. Does this drug cause sleeplessness and I am not able to breathe with full capacity. Not blaming the medicine it is helping me recover well. It's been a while I am not able to breath fully, sometimes I have to take deeper breaths through mouth and feel slight difficulty during bed time which is noticable. I get up 1-2 times in night. Are these potential symptoms of sleep apnea? I'm really worried. What can I do for this?

Doctor prescribed two medicine. and Said buy anyone I went to medical He didn't have both medicine So gave another medicine I am attaching prescription and What medicine medical store person gave As alternative Because medical store didn't have both Please let me know Is it right medicine

Hi, a couple of months ago i experienced some body pain, headache, dizziness, weakness, not interested in doing my work, anxiety issues i got tested for thyroid (T3=130, T4=10.7, TSH=4.26) and vitamin D deficiency(12). I started taking calaqua Neo and D3 more 60k tablets. Now i am experiencing excessive  hairloss in pubic and beard region.

I have recently undertaken medical tests and esr level is showing as 60mm. Have also taken multiple tests which are attached. Presently i am feeling good but few days back i had abscess twice in left hand underarm which subsided last week(first abscess was drained,second one subsided after taking antibiotics for five days till last week Thursday). Am worried about increased esr levels. Attached is report for reference. vitamin d3 level is 32.96. Please suggest
