Could be due to external hemorrhoids ,tear or abscess. ideally you should consult with a general surgeon in your area for clinical examination to determine the cause.

Have a Sitz bath (you have to sit in lukewarm water for 10 minutes ) thrice a day,this will reduce your pain.
