You might have some fungal or worm infection.
Take albendazole 400mg once after food (single dose) and levocetrizine 5mg once daily before bed, for 5 days

Anal itching (pruritus ani) is usually due to irritation of the skin around the anus. Common causes include worm infestation, piles, constipation, poor hygiene, excessive sweating, fungal/yeast infection, or even food triggers (spicy foods, coffee, alcohol).
This itching is not related to medications.
