Flu

For the first time I drove a car for 36 hours with 6 hour break additional. I started getting fever , fully body pain also i remember i didn't sleep well before i started my journey and took cold water head bath. From last 2 days i have fever Between 99-102 and body pain. I took 2 paracetamol650  in the gap of 9 hours and now it's 98 degree. Shall I continue to take paracetamol two per day or consult. Doctor.

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from pain in my lower right abdomen from last night. It is not very severe and I feel good when applying a hot water bag in the area. I had small stomach pain for the last 2 days as well. What do you think might be the cause of my pain? Do you think I need to consult a doctor? Regards, Ann Paul

Today i hit my leg onto the wall .so my tiny toe or pinky toe got hurt.. Evening i put ice pack. Then i walked , wemt out etc dint feel much. Only when that toe is touched i feel pain. Little swelling, redness is there. Look lik little blackish below the toe.. il attach pictures. Im able to move little.

I have been suffering from gas pain, excessive burping from the last 3 months. I had taken Sompraz D & Ranidom O syrup for few days and got relieved from the pain. Now I stopped the medication but still i m getting burps, dried throat, feeling of not passing stool completely,  constipation(especially in the evening) along with severe headache & gas pain in the night time. Is the headache related to constipation? Is this gastritis or IBS or GERD? What medicine should i take to control bloating and constipation?
