Sharp pain while inhaling or yawing deeply on left rib , while breathing normally no pain at all . The pain just for a sec while inhaling after that nothing .

Hi, I did my blood test today for couple of things and all seems to be normal except this one thing in my liver report. I just want to understand what does this mean? I'm attaching the report below. I was having typhoid. 1:160 dilution. Taken gudcef for 6 days. Now no fever. Symptoms not there . But 1 St day of typhoid platelets decrease to 138000. After medicine and all platelets 128000. Is this case for concern. I have no symptoms just little weakness and legs little tired with no fever. Do platelets count increase should i need to check typhoid again? Plz reply
