Blood test report
My report shows hemaglobin as 11.4 ESR as 30 and then impression says erythrocytes with few macrocytes, few polychromatic cells with mild anisopoikilocytos What does this mean ?

You need proper evaluation and diagnosis, report only helps to reach a diagnosis but treatment  only possible with seeing patient
