Hello doc. I am 22 year old female with no history of any disease as such diabetes,hypertension but I have cervical spondylitis.and my upper trap muscle and a bit of left aram hurts. So I developed this sudden chest pain(left side) where even if a move a bit or if my move a arm a bit ,it hurts like hell. The very last time I just stretched my upper arms to back.my left side chest paining all of  sudden,after diclofenac spray it was relieved. This has been occurring since 2 months.but now it has worsened. Is it muscle related pain or any underlying heart disease? Do I need to get my ecg done for this?

I have done basic health check up and attached reports too.. Pls inform is my health ok or need to start any medication. Even I have done thyroid testing T3 and T4 range are normal, but TSH level is 5.18. Pls inform.

I am 52 years old and I have high bp and cholesterol. Since 3 days I am suffering from tingling in hands and feet after waking up from sleep. Please tell me why it is happening. Is it related to Kidney failure. I have read on Google that tingling in hands and feet is symptom of kidney failure. I am very worried please help me. PLEASE.

Hi my blood pressure upper is ranging between 135-145 and lower is ranging between 85-95 constantly. Is this normal or should I take precautions?

My ast to alt ratio is 1.27 blank. Rest lft parameters are within range. Should it be a cause of concern?

Planning to visit Darjeeling in late Decembe (temp might be around 2/3 degree). Is there any possibility of being sick due to cold? Is there any chance to collapse? Is any case can you suggest any medicine for precaution or any other precautions to be taken? He is quite fit normally.

In last one month I am getting runny nose watery eyes and pain in cheeks like cold I took dolo and montek for two days it got cured and again after 2 days same thing happening this is not like regular cold I get.
