Vitamin d and b12 deficiency
My husband is 34 yrs old. He takes treatment for vitamin d and b12 every year after health check up but till next again he has that same deficiency. He is not on any diet he eat well he is a non vegetarian but why is it so

There may be underlying causes of the deficiency of vitamin d and B12.As long as he takes treatment , blood levels are normal.Upload test results may help to reason out.

Along with vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 supplement, try to include diets are that are naturally rich in  vitamin B12, for vitamin D3, try to to spent atleast 30 minute in sun.. At present,Any medical history he has ?? Any medication he is taking? Consult with detail clinical history for further treatment and guidance..
