Recurrent viral from my one year old
Catching cough cold and fever from my baby everytime he falls sick. Im somebodyw hoe doesnt get fever easily but in the last 25-30 days i have caught cold cough and fever from my baby twice and the pttern remains same. Is it norml? Or is my immunity getting weak ?

It seems both of you are prone to cold and cough.weather change can frequently lead to such issues.
However,you may improve both your immunity by taking a nutritious diet yourself.take enough protein and vegetables in diet.keep yourself warm and be physically active.make sure you take your calcium and iron regularly.
