Dear doctors I am Amit 26 y/o male. One day i causally got tested for BP. It came out to be 146/85. I got scared as it too high. I don't have any chronic conditions like diabetes. I regularly go to gym eat healthy food and rarely eat fast food. I quit smoking 2 years back. My weight was 78 kg and height 172 cm. Since then i reduced my weight more by focusing on cardio and improved my diet. But still my BP ranges from 134/70 to 146/90.
