My aunt 70 years old is having covid maoning,which is not present earlier.its one of post covid we seen. What do we have to do

Around a month ago we brought a female 11 month Labrador dog at home to keep.And after a few days we noticed that that dog had white - yellow foam like vomiting issues. And dog is vaccinated for a year and valid upto coming this March 2023 & she is going with her periodic session. However just 7days before while playing with her,that dog given me a bite on my right hand little finger which was just a small particle like spot & less then slight bled there. After that as soon as i ran to the hospital got a tetvac injection in my left arm & after taking that injection very next day i applied a bit of water on my hair for combing, after that fever got started along with nausea,loss of appetite, stomach cramp, constipation, urine retention dizziness etc. Anyways i talk to my local doctor he said these might be due to side effects of that injection. And in last 3 days that dog is also not well vomiting and restless & my doctor had  suggest me watch out to the dog for 10 days. please suggest.

My friend is diagnosed with fibroadenoma of 3cm in her left breast. The diagnosis report suggested for surgery. Please guide us that is fibroadenoma is treatable by medicine or surgery only one option available.
