Hi , yesterday when I wake up in the morning then I filling upper back pain in one perticular position but from afternoon I am felling some pain and chest pressure and mild pain in upper abdominal and chest area . I have taken PAN D empty Stomach but I am felling discomfort till now . Is it serious issue . Actually I am fearing this issue. Pls help me 🙏

Presence of 2nd degree external haemorroids at 5'0 clock. No bleeding and pain. Drop in pressure in rectum when trying to control Flatus. Feeling of air passing out through anus when trying to squeeze and hold it in. Does loose skin around anus due to haemorroid prevent proper closing of anus? What else do you think could cause this. Willing to book a consultation with a doctor who gives proper explanation to my question rather than asking me to consult first!!
