Hello doctors I would like to like to know that at what time should we take Multivitamin and Omega 3-6-9 Should we club them with breakfast or should we have multivitamin with breakfast and Omegas 3-6-9 after dinner ? Looking forward to hearing from you. Any side effects ?

From past 15 to 20 days i am having pain in left side of lower chest area near last ribs My height is 5,10 and my weight is 104kg My doctor said that it is due to fat mascular pain It usually happens when i sit in prolonged condition It gets better itself Can you please tell me what is this I have done echo,ulatrasound whole abdomen ,x ray 4 months before and everything is normal But due to some reasons i am not doing any physical work and eating a lot my weight is increasing I am bit scared pls help me out

I am a 42 year old female recently got my bp checked and it was on a higher side so doc said that i need to measure it on daily basis twice. When i measure it in the mrng it comes arnd 125/74 and in the evening it goes to 135 0r 138/ 85. I want to ask shall i start the medicine? Also when we chk at home why the BP readings vary so much like first time it comes 148/88 n then second 138/82 n then 124/74. Please answer my query.

Mu father is 71 yrs.A prostate operation was performed 4 months ago.now he has low sodium .last week his sodium was 102 so doc gave him medications so after a week his sodium levels have reached 130.but he has a lot of weakness n experiences a lot on panic attacks.pls suggest...some remedies .how much time does a persom requirw to combat weakness in this case.n are these panic attacks normal in low sodium

My cbc is rbc 5.48 wbc 10400 rdw cv 13.0, polymorphs 62.3, platelets count - 212000, pcv - 46.5, mpv 10.1, monocytes 5.4, mcv 85.0, mchc 33.0, mch 28.1, lymphochtes 26.6, heamoglobin 15.4, eosinophil 3.0, basophils 0.7, absolute neutrophil 6480, absolute monocyte 560, absolute lymphocyte 2770, absolute eosinophil 310, absolute basophol 80 and serum creatinine 1.1. As they dont put normal values. Is these are normal?

I had covid on 24th august . Though i recovered from it there is still lingering cough with mucus and also pain in my lower back right side and middke back right side . These symptoms are still there after 20 days of being infected .
