My 37 years old husband was tested with 14 level tsh but, t3 and t4 within range. His lipid profile is on higher side. He feels exaustion , vertigo and low bp sometimes. His vit D and B 12 is in deficiency. Should he start med for tsh ( thyronorm 25 mg) or get cortisol levels checked as his stress/ anxiety level have been quite high from more than a year.
