Today I have experienced head spinning for 5 times.. what will be the cause? Not heavy but light dizziness

What is reason for formation of gas in early morning empty stomach which afterwards cause stomach noises and burping in empty stomach. I am 22 year old physical fit man . But facing this issue from past 2 months when i start living in pg( paying guest) because of college . I also take antibiotics coarse after consulting to doctor like rafigut but my problem still persist now i am thinking of Homeopathic medicines . Does change in water and food is the reason
