I had completed my anti rabies vaccine on 9th of April. Today a kitty scratched me. No blood or sign of skin tear. But I washed the place with soap and water. And applied Dettol. Should I take ARV again? Or it's not necessary.

Is there any risk of getting HIV or Hepatitis B or C infection when the healthcare staff taking blood samples or giving injections place their finger on the spot where they are putting injection to draw blood or giving vaccine? Many a times they place their finger on the needle too. I had blood tests today, so got worried as so many people have their samples taken back to back.
