Regarding sugar free products
Dear Doctor, I have diabetes issue and consuming glycomet 500mg daily. I want to know is sugar free powders and stevia are good for health or not as a replacement of direct sugar in our diet. Please inform on it.. What can be substitute for sugar.?

Stevia is a better option because it is entirely plant based. Synthetically produced artificial sweeteners like sugar free have been shown to produce side effects on the long run. But keep in mind this is a situation of the lesser evil. Even though they are calorie free/less but they still are evil.
