Respected sir/mam I want to know that for normal people like who has no sugar prb, is they can eat sugar-free tablets/powder insted of using normal sugar in daily diet? Is it totally good for health to take sugar-free tablets for long time ? Pls guide me.. Thanks

Hello, if you take sugarfree its fine but our body needs adequate amount sugar,salt,other minerals to have healthy metabolism,I suggest you to take a healthy Diet with high protein,carbs needed.,sugar free is not needed for you as of now since your not Diabetic,consume 3 litres water and exercise maintain your health profile,further any query can consult me

No if you don't have diabetes I would recommend you to have normal sugar diet. And it's never good go use such things like sugar free tablets for long time.
