Blood sugar is normal or not
After eating lunch (rice) at 2:30 pm ... i checked my sugar level at 7:20pm it came 120 is it normal ?

See one value cannot help u ln diagnosis of any medical condition..It's fine to hav a sugar level is of it at once for now.. Provided u hav no past Diabetic issues.. So it's better to check an morng bfre brakfst check.. And then aftr 2 hrs of eating.. to have a clear idea.. Also hav a HbA1c check to kno if u r pre-diabetic Kindly consult for more help and support

It is normal.incase u have family history of diabetes plz check fasting and post prandial glucose ,Hba1c.

It's normal but if u have doubt about sugar control get ur fasting blood sugar and post prandial sugar done once
