Normal sugar level for non diabetic
Hello sir after 2hours of meal my blood sugar is 95 is this normal or hypoglycemia Before i could skip meals often But now on proper time to time eating Plz let me know 2hours after meal 95 is normal

This is dr. Keni here. A consultant Diabetologist. Your sugar levels are totally normal. No need to worry. But do not skip meals also, take it with regular interval. Even your body’s uptaking the sugar in regular way. That is good

It is normal. It means your body is utilizing glucose after absorption into blood stream. It's not low blood sugar.  It's fine.
