What could bhi the possible reason for side thigh pain? M facing this problem from last two days..it's getting wrost now..any suggestions please

My sgot value is 65 and sgpt value is 135. GGT value is 104. I have pain in my stomach whenever I eat something, specially anything spicy. my periods are also late this time. A month back i was diagnosed with dengue when my sgot and sgpt values went up to 650. I also experienced spotting for few days. Can this be cause for my late periods and my stomach issue?
