My alkaline phosphatase is way above normal at 288. I have been suffering with grave hyperthyroid and Atrial fibrillation for 23 months. I also had low vitamin D at 5.5 two months back and low vitamin b12 at 152. I have been taking vitamin d and b12 tablets and b12 is now in normal at 319 and vitamin d has also increased to 20.8. But just got complete body check yesterday and alkaline phosphatase reads 288 . Kindly advise what should i do? Do i have to do usg for stomach? I get pain in muscles and bones.

Hi Doctor, as discussed fever is there since last 3-4 days with body ache and joint pains, have taken antibiotics however fever is still on. Pls suggest
