Since yesterday evening i am having this stomach pain continuously although now it's not that much as i had in yesterday night......as i had done a small run in evening for about 5-7 min...is it because of that run or something else. Please prescribe some medication. And one more thing that as i"m pressing my stomach then also it's paining.

My age is 34 years. I have been periodically checking by blood pressure since last few days it has been to bit higher side Sometimes it is normal sometimes on higher side Since 2 days systolic blood pressure is ranging from 124 to 138 and diastolic blood pressure between 85 to 92 Now a days my work pressure has increased a lot and stress level is also high What should be my next line of action. Should i approach doctor or observe for some more days?
