My BP is around 115/75, but whenever I go to doctor My BP increases to around 145/80. I have to go for a medical test for a job is there any solution that at the time of BP checking I can't panic and my BP doesn't increase above 120/80.? Any medicines? Can I take any anti hypertension tab for 2 3 days before the medical test.? My BP is ok at home since I measure daily but I fear at medical test my BP will shoot up and I may lose my job. Plz help sir, thanks

From the past 4 days i am having digestive issues like gas trouble, burping, heaviness in abdomen and belching. With these digestive symptoms i have noted that i am also having some sweating sensation, actually not sweating, like in front head mostly i feel sweaty sensation actually no sweat felt even after touching, same sometime in arms and i feel i am facing more heat issues more than others.
