Hello , Due to vitamin d3 deficiency I took schelcal in afternoon a day with week once vitamind3  medication , I got allergy like heat rash on my hand , I stopped and again I tried schelcal and recurrent again second time and its went later , so what content in schelcal and any alternate tablet for it , calcium will vitamin d minimal daily dose without my stone formation or sideeffect like heat rashes...

I usually crack my neck fews days ago i cracked left side of neck since then i feel uneasy and uncomfortable like a knot is missed to crack something like that even though i try crack my neck but i try for that knot but I reduced my cracking neck since then even though its still uncomfortable. Today i tried cracking my neck left side but didnt happen then suddenly a sensation passed from left backside of neck to head and it gone and then left side of my face started tingling around upper left side of cheekbone. Its been more than a hour now. Please help me Thank you in advance

Hi my TMT, echo, Holter and ecg are normal, have some anxiety issue because of which BP fluctuates sometimes like touches 150:90 but most of the time it is under 135/85 Should I be worried about heart attack especially in winters or I have very less chances as my reports are normal
