Breathing Trouble

Good Evening Doctors, From the past 4-5 month i have faced some trouble in breathing which lasted for 10-15 minutes. This issue, i have faced 2 times till now. And this issue caused after i climb stairs for more than 2 floors. I used to have gastric trouble also, i have felt some heaviness in throat, and this heaviness gets relief after burping. I have checked for Spo2 (greater than 98%), BP and heart rate all normal except breathing problem which cause some sort of anxiety and fear. I am already facing anxiety issues but never gone for doctor consult. I used to control by myself. But i do not know why i have a breathing issue. No cough, no covid contracted till now, facing all covid protocol also.

Lymphocytes and eosinophills high

I am 22 years old and  facing difficulty in deep breathing, and shortness of breathe on speaking ,from 1 year , i visited puomonologists at first and did following reports- 1.) RE BLOOD - eosinophills high 2.) CHEST X RAY - normal 3.) ecg heart- normal 4.) 2d echo- normal 5.) hrct thorax - normal so he gave me anti allergic tablets ( q mont , for 1 month , and steroid predmet for 5 days) but the problem was still there so i visited ent , and on laryngoscopy was found that right arytenoid overrides vocal cord on phonation , which was the reason for my breathing problems on speaking. but why was this arytenoid overriding , the cause was not identified. TODAY i again did RE BLOOD AND THE REPORT WAS THAT- DIFFERENTIAL LEUCOCYTE COUNT 1.)segmented neutrophills-   33.13%(40-80%) 2.)lymphocytes-  45.40%(20-40) 3.) EOSINOPHILLS- 13.20%(1-6%) ABSOLUTE COUNT 1.Neutrophills-  2.55 thousand /mm3(2-7) 2.lymphocytes-3.50 (1-3) 3.eosinophills-1.02(0.02-0.50) what should be done .
