I am having some sort of heaviness in lower right abdomen, heaviness in right throat, and at the same time i feel i am not able to breath properly through the right lungs. I am having burping, regurgations, sometime food and water comes up, right nose getting dry. But the breathing difficulty which made me very anxious about it. My Spo2 levels are normal like it is between 98-99%, still i face difficulty in breathing when this heaviness feeling abdomen occurs. Is the symptom i am facing is something serious? I am just a 26 years old guy, and i do not eat junk foods also.
