Hello doctor, i have hiatus hernia. And i was on medications as well. But i always have GERD like feeling in my chest. Sometimes it reduces, sometime increased. The doctor also gave me some anxiety medicine as from past few weeks I'm having a lot of anxiety attacks. I want to ask last night when i almost fell asleep i suddenly woke up feeling that my heart is racing and little of anxiety. I tried falling asleep again but little anxiety did not let me sleep and a little palpitations were there, not too much but something different. Also there was no chest pain or breathing issue. It took me 10-15 mins to go to sleep again. I got my ecg done 3 months ago and everything was normal and perfectly fine. I want to know if there is something wrong with my heart , shall i worry or its just because of anxiety and GERD

Dear Doctor My LDL cholesterol level is 112 mg/dl. I am already taking Rozavel 5 mg. Should I increase the dose?

My mother is 62 yrs old. From last few months she got swelling behind her foot. First we thought it might a normal swelling as her leg has banged to door but few 2eeks later swelling was still there which is now causing her a lot pain. Then we consulted few doctors. Some suggested for xray and some suggeste for test. Every thing was normal. Later we consulted a orthopedic he first prescribed anti inflammatory. After taking medicines pain was reduced but swelling as it is and till there's a swelling. Reports and some pictures uploaded for reference.

Hello Sir/Mam, My wife is having symptoms like body ache and weakness but no fever since 5-6 days. We have done CBC 4th Oct( haemoglobin - 10.4, Platelet count - 119, PCV - 35, MCH - 25.90 MCHC - 29.7 , RDW - 15.7 lymphocytes - 15.60, Monocytes - 10.7), CRP - 5.95, and dengue igm and ns1 are negative. On 5th platelet count - 113 and on 7th oct - platelet count - 109. She is taking medicine - Defcort 6, caripill, hifenac p, pan d and enerzal sachet. Symptoms goes down after taking medicine but few hours it comes again. Could anyone please confirm why her platelet count is decreasing and what could be causing this issue.

I am suffering from severe cough and cold since last 8 days.
