Microcytic hypochromic blood picture
Hello,
My blood report always shows microcytic hypochromic blood but my iron levels, vitamin b12 and haemoglobin are fine.
Then what could be the reason of it?
I have history of sarcoidosis which was diagnosed in 2019 and i took steriods for a year and from this time only my rbc, mcv, pcv etc shows abnormal levels.
