I am having insomnia/poor sleep quality since few weeks. I was prescribed clonafit 0.5mg for a month by a general doctor. I took it for 2 days but of no use, my sleep quality didn't get better.
On the next day i had throt infection for which i visited the ENT, he asked me to stop it as my age is 26 and i am young. He said it does more harm than good.
So i am confused. I consulted a psychiatrist, he prescribed me zolfresh. Is that a safe medicine to treat insomnia in young people? Please guide me. I don't want to get any other mental issues due to medicine.
My blood tests are all within normal range. I don't use laptop or screen for long. I don't eat spicy as well as I exercise regularly.
Please help me out.

Yes i was also going to ask you to take Zolfresh at night for insomnia. Do some breathing exercises. / walks / meditation whatever suits you considering your work schedule
Do not stress. Takes some time but will get okay
Else consult me for more guidance
