I have vitamin d levels 5.31 and b12 is 131 .along with liver SGPT(ALT) 59.6 mgl. Doctor prescribe medicine for vitamin d and b12

Please tell me vitamin k popular tablets for taking along with vitamin d 60k i want maintain my vitamins d levels normal i take vitamin d tablets 2 or 3 months once

I have allergic mild cough due to which I cough throughout the day (but its dry and mild). I have been coughing for 2month before I got this diagnosis. My question is - how long will Odimont-FX take to work? Its been 5 days my cough has 50% improvement only.

Touched a street dog's forehead , then ate food with same hand , there didn't seem to be wet thing on its forehead , i have a small cut in my tongue , do u think I am at risk of rabies ? The dog seems fine .

15 days back I had right hand fingers joint pain ..along with burning sensation in wrist ..then I got blood test. B12 less. I started medication now 2 types meconerv 1500 and Neurobion forte. But from 6 days I feel pulling sensation on teeths like it joins automatically..while talking also suddenly I feel like different. No pain

On 15 august i had tsh of 0.004 with t4 of 21 doctor started carbimazole 10 twice a day after a month on 15 September my tsh went up to 11.736 and t4 went down to 4.70 doctor reduced carbimazole 10 once a day. i just want to know is 10 mg is enough for me what if I go to hyperthyroidism again on this reduced dose am I on right path, will test again around 10 october but what if it is too late test I go to hyperthyroidism again

My vitamin b12 is 115 and vitamin d 25 hydroxy is just 18. Kindly give me right medication and right suggestion through which the vitamin deficiency can be removed..

Feeling dull intermittent pain on the left navel just below the ribcage , I can feel & pin point the location . Its radiating to back & right also . After eating its getting worse . Please help with this .
