I was feeling uneasy with chest pain yesterday so I took 2 antacids. It subsided and woke up feeling normal. But now around noon I feel weird again, I don't know how to describe but it feels weird! My overthinking is not helping and I need to know if I'm fine.

Respected doctor I am suffering from back pain, all my reports and Xray are normal except vitamin D (level 17), I took an injection vitamin D  a week ago, which gave me some relief in pain please tell me the dosage of next vitamin D injection or capsules.

Having pain in left side from 1.5 year done the echo 2d as per Dr advice it was normal(10 months ago) that time also felt like ghbarahat aur uneasiness and pain on the left side chest hand and jaw shoulder. As the 2d echo report was normal dr told heart related issue is no there after that it was normal but from again for one month I am feeling pain in left side chest side left hand and jaw and today while taking class I felt dizziness and ghbrahat and still pain in left side chest shoulder and hand what is the reason behind these despite having normal 2d echo u am attaching my report and I have hight cholesterol issue just from 4 months ldl 160 and total cholesterol 234 and tsh serum 6.9 please look into the matter urgently and I have hiatus hernia so gerd issue because I had done endoscopy but now what is happening I was afraid that I had a heart attack please tell what it is I am attaching my 2d echo report and lipid profile what could be the reason please say. I started getting itching inside my penis. I have been experiencing pain too. Itching is on the top part of penis. While peeing and after peeing it burns sometimes. It's happening since past 5 days.
