I am feeling depression, unfocused, fogyy brain, feeling tingling sensation back of right shoulder often, also anxiety, then I went for a vitamin b12 test where b12 is 179 pg/ml,where Normal range in report writeen 156-663, should I go for b12 medicine, i appointed one doctor he told don't require

Since you lab reports were normal you don’t have to start B12 immediately, you have to rule out if this is related to work related problem I don’t know about your work load , online or physical consultation is better

Only B12 is not gonna help . Need to know the detailed history . Also regarding the tingling sensation at the back of shoulder may not be because of b12 problem . Kindly consult for a detailed consultation.

Yes,not required because its in normal range.for other symptoms like depression, anxiety you need to do daily yoga and stress free excercise. Better if you go for counseling session with psychologist. Because after covid infection this problem is seen in many patients .
