I have itching on my whole body with rashes since 10 days. Today morning i noticed a pungent smell in my urine. Yesterday evening i took cetrizine 10mg tablet for itching. I don't have any other symptoms like fever or swelling or pain while urinating.

Hi dr, I am 35 year 95kg male. I am facing mucus blood in stool. I noticed today. Actually around 2022, i have similar episode of stool blood which shows up after hap of 1 2 week. GENERAL BLOOD QUANTITY IS SO LOW THAT IT IS ONLY VISIBLE WHEN I EXAMINE STOOL IN HAND. ( i know it is filthy think to do) I happened for 6 month in 2022. It increased my health anxities like hell but later... i stopped taking stool in hand and check. But all of sudden.. i checked mine stool today morning and saw blood spot on very first stool comes out of anus. Note: i see blood on very first stool of anus but not on remains stool. Sorry but attaching picture. Please review and let me if such blood strains cause of concern and is it any form of cancer?? I have lost 5kg approx from JAN to today. ( i am avoiding outside food simce 2 month due to mine gas issue) Please review and suggest once.

Which aspect is more to worry about? What should I see a doctor about and what should I take medicine for?

My son who suffers from epilepsy have to take medicine. Now a days our weather is very hot and humid. Recently he had stomach pain and vomidity.So we take him to doctor.Doctor treated him well and give medicine for gas and vomidity. For two days he was ok .But today he vomit again.He have to take epilepsy medicine so Dr told to do liver function test.Nothing found in test report.Now my questions is that why vomidity came again? We gave him home made food no outside food.

Since six months , two-three times in a week I find a single and small piece of hair inside my mouth which appears from nowhere and all of suddenly and it's not in a bunch it is one single piece and small like how our eyes have. I feel like it has appeared and i remove it but whenever I comes i feel rare, i don't know if it's normal or something big. Please help me from where the changes are there to come.
