Around 13th Feb got stressed for personal issues and became very anxious. Doctor prescribed concor 2.5mg. During that time felt very strange weakness in brain and after few days had high fever with UTI infection. Was treated and got cured, initially after the infection there was weakness but not that much but now weakness and fatigueness is very much and in short short span due to which any small thing bring stress and restlessness to the brain especially morning times before and after breakfast. Currently on concor 2.5 mg twice morning and night, but BP goes high when there is weakness. Weakness is very weird. In 5 mins walk get tired. All test 2D echo, ECG, done. Blood test done 7th March crp was 23.45, blood test done on 20th March crp 32.31. Urine test was normal. Please advise

This is most likely a combination of:
Post-infection inflammation
Medication side effect
Anxiety component
But high CRP means you must investigate further—don’t treat this as “just weakness”.
Next Steps
ask your doctor for further reports regarding this condition.
Health Tips
Go immediately if:
Chest pain
Breathlessness
Very high BP spikes
Persistent fever
Extreme weakness worsening
like this symptoms.
Rising pattern of crp and generalized symptoms such as weakness suggests some underlying relapsing infection.
The tablet you are on also has side effects like fatigue and weakness but I will suggest to get a cbc and urine routine done.
I can review your reports and we can go further with management
Persistent fatigue with raised CRP (23 → 32) suggests ongoing inflammation, not just anxiety.
You should check CBC, thyroid, B12, sugar, repeat urine/culture and consult physician—may be post-infection weakness or hidden infection.
Continue BP medicine as advised, stay hydrated, avoid overthinking; proper evaluation is needed—I can guide further.
