Your iron levels are normal, so no concerns there 👍 Your Vitamin B12 is on the lower side, but nothing to worry about. I suggest you take oral Vitamin B12 supplements for the next 3 months. After that, we can repeat the B12 test and decide if you need to continue or adjust the dose. If you follow a vegetarian diet, don’t worry there are good supplement options available for that as well. Let me know if you need help choosing a supplement 🙂 For PCOS you need  proper Lifestyle changes.

You have borderline low ferritin levels and  b12. Take more of legumes. Leafy greens nuts, raisins, berries,  dates, curd, cheese, citrus fruits, pomegranate,  pumpkin,  beetroot. Hair fall and poor hair growth are more due to pcos. Consult a gynecologist for proper management.

These symptoms point towards Vit b12 deficiency and iron deficiency Even though the levels in blood test, fall in normal range, still people continue to suffer from the symptoms
Next Steps
Take a physician consultation- further evaluation needs to be done by assessing complete Iron profile and peripheral smear to rule out chronic causes for your condition Also implement lifestyle modifications including diet and exercise Your PCOS also needs evaluation- in terms of development of insulin resistance, weight gain/loss, and menstrual patterns
