I’ll break this down clinically from your report and symptoms:
Health Tips
• Sleep hygiene (fixed timing, no screens before bed) • High-protein diet + B12 sources (eggs/dairy if non-veg limited) • Regular exercise (but not overtraining) • Manage stress (big factor in your case) • Hair loss: – Minoxidil can help (if needed) – Address thyroid + nutrition first ⚠️ Watch for: • Persistent fatigue despite B12 correction • Rising ferritin further ⸻

✓High ferritin does not always mean excess iron  often it’s stress/inflammation ✓Your symptoms (fatigue + sexual issues) are likely linked to metabolic/hormonal imbalance
Next Steps
borderline hypothyroidism, low B12 level needs to be addressed

Your reports are normal,  except borderline high TSH levels and high ferritin levels. Get blood sugar also  done , repeat thyroid function tests. Learn and practice pranayam and meditation. Take healthy,  balanced diet  and try to follow a regular sleep, wake time table.

Ferritin high (~692) → usually due to inflammation/stress, not serious alone. Check CRP, iron profile, repeat test in 2–3 weeks; also recheck TSH. If still high or symptoms continue, consult for proper evaluation.

Hey, I understand your concern. Possible causes for high ferritin: Ferritin can be elevated due to multiple reasons, not just excess iron. It could be due to: Inflammation or any long-term low-grade infection - most likely Metabolic causes like obesity or insulin resistance Less commonly, iron overload conditions and there a few other causes (like frequent blood transfusions ,etc) but those are not quite common Low Vitamin B12 is important to address. It can lead to: Fatigue and low energy Nerve-related symptoms It can also contribute to sexual dysfunction in some cases, but it is usually not the only cause — likely a contributing factor. Further evaluation may be needed to identify other underlying causes.
Next Steps
Start Vitamin B12 supplementation (oral or injections based on levels) Avoid taking any iron supplements for now Maintain good diet, sleep, and hydration If feasible, you can try to check: Serum iron and transferrin saturation
Health Tips
Do not assume iron overload based on ferritin alone Do not self-start iron supplements If you’re using hair loss medications like Finasteride, review them as they can sometimes contribute to sexual side effects Follow up if symptoms persist or worsen

All reports are normal except ferritin level.its not significant alone.its means your body has excess iron overload and storage. Also increased due to ongoing infection or chronic diseases like diabetes ,tb etc.please take vitamin b12 supplements for better absorption of iron.
